We offer three packages of our Multiplayer Engine online services. While we take care of your server needs, you can focus on game development instead. Please note that all of our packages are negotiable and subject to change.

Packages

Basic Package: $950 per month (minimum: 1 year contract)

• 1 server supporting approximately 1'000-5'000 active users a day depending on game.
• Server maintenance and weekly backup.
• Basic technical support & assistance.
• Uptime guarantee: like our own games.
• Limitations: Game Service database is limited to 100MB of data. Additional costs for greater amounts.

Silver Package: $6'750 per month (minimum 2 years contract)

• 3 servers supporting approximately 5'000-30'000 active users a day depending on game.
• Server maintenance and weekly backup.
• Basic technical support & assistance.
• Uptime guarantee: like our own games.
• Limitations: Game Service database is limited to 800MB of data. Additional costs for greater amounts.

Gold Package: Please inquire about costs (minimum 2 years contract)

• Server farm supporting 30'000+ active users a day.
• Server maintenance and weekly backup.
• Basic technical support & assistance.
• Uptime guarantee: depending on setup, please inquire.
• Limitations: depending on contract, please inquire.

Optional Services:

• Advanced technical support: $180 per hour.
• Daily backup: $1 per Megabyte of data (per day)
• PayPal for online payments. Cost: 30% of transaction or monthly cost of package chosen, whichever is greater.

We guarantee that we will not lock you into our product. If we decide to discontinue the product, you have the right to purchase the source code and binaries in full for a low fee of less than we would be charging you annually. We disclose all the information necessary for you to setup and run your own server if you decide to do so.
